Epcot
I started my day at Epcot, since I had to go see the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, but you can read all about this part of the day: CLICK HERE.
For now, my goal was to get to the other 3 parks, all after 2 PM, and before the last one closed at 9:00 PM. Let’s go!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Arrived to this park a bit after 2:00 PM, so I guess I succeeded in EPCOT by doing the most I could before Park Hopping time. Once I got to this park, I saw all the different Christmas decorations.

But there was no time to play, I had to head to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, for which I had paid an Individual Lighting Lane Selection around this time.

I was so excited to ride it, but everything turned weird when we were directed backstage to skip the first part of the ride, to go into the final ride cars. After some minutes, the cars starting moving all normally, until we were stopped.
The ride was being evacuated. First time this happened to me, and it was very interesting. My car was the first one evacuated, and then we had to collect everyone in the other cars. It took forever and I had places to go.
Fortunately, they refunded the Lighting Lane, and after around 40 minutes, we were out.

At least when we left, we had Rey and Chewbacca meeting and greeting people, and this is always nice to see. When I walked towards Toy Storyland I also saw Buzz Lightyear.

…and Chip and Dale, but just greeting from afar.

After doing Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, I noticed that the crowds were crazy, and I had been stacking lighting lanes for later tonight in my last park, so it was time for me to go: total time in this park: around 2 hours (with 40 minutes stuck in Rise).

Bye bye for now Hollywood Studios.

Animal Kingdom
I decided to Ubered to Animal Kingdom, because there is no direct transportation between the parks. And I was just now super late for the next Lighting Lane: Avatar: Flight of Passage.

Took the pathway through the Discovery Island, while checking on the Tree of Life.

And I saw what I wanted to see: The Merry Menagerie. They are so cute, and expelled holidays and winter like no other thing in this park.

Before Avatar, and in Asia, I felt I had enough time to go on Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, which I did taking advantage of the Single Rider line. Compared to Universal, there are not many Single Rider lines in this whole resort. The ones that are usually opened are:
- Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run
- Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster
- Expedition Everest
- Test Track
- Soarin’ (not usually opened)

I was making progress and having fun, before my 5:30 PM call to Avatar: The Flight of Passage, should I have time to do Dinosaur??? Yes I should.

Finally, after going around in this park, I went to my Individual Lighting Lane selection that I purchased earlier in the day, Avatar Flight of Passage at Pandora – The World of Avatar.

As always, the attraction out literally out of this world, but when I got out, it was dark already.

Pandora was ALIVE. I loved the Bioluminescent walkways, that I had not had the chance to see in a while. Usually because this park closes before sunset in the Summer. But in the winter it is still opened at nighttime.

Gorgeous.

And to end the day at this beautiful park, I got the chance to see The Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition. It was a great show, and like I said before, I had not had the chance to see this in a while.

But it was time to go, and another park was waiting for me. I was very proud of all I did in this park. Time spent: 1 hour and 40 minutes. Like for real? LOL.

Magic Kingdom
Of course I had to finish the day in Magic Kingdom, and even though I was going to come here the next day for the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, I wanted to see the Holiday offerings out of this special event.

And of course, the most holiday decorations per SF in this entire resort, would be located at this park.

It is just gorgeous. I was doubting myself about travelling to Orlando in Christmas, but I was relieved to see all these decorations and Holiday joy around me. I had been able to conquer all of the 4 parks, and I still had a lot of things to do.

First off, Happily Ever After Nighttime Spectacular. Gotta love this original show, which I had not seen much since its return after the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Something new, and that I had to see was the Hatbox Ghost at the Haunted Mansion.

And one of the overlays I needed to see tonight, to prevent it from happening tomorrow at the event, was Jingle Cruise.

And this is exactly where I finished my night. The jokes were mostly Christmas related, and I was glad I got to do this ride, even if it was a nighttime. I still enjoyed it a lot.

Time spent in Magic Kingdom: almost 3 hours.
In conclusion, I succeeded in visiting the 4 parks. Obviously it is not the duration that most people would want, but I was not only doing rides, I was also trying food in EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, or stuck at Rise of the Resistance, or seeing shows like The Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition or Happily Ever after. But let’s list the rides, and this is clearly thanks to buying Disney Genie+ and some Individual Lighting Lanes Selections:
At EPCOT:
- Frozen Ever After
- Soarin’
- Living with The Land
- Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (incomplete)
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
At Animal Kingdom:
- Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
- Dinosaur
- Avatar: Flight of Passage
At Magic Kingdom:
- Haunted Mansion
- Jingle Cruise
A total of 11 rides in a winter day at Walt Disney World, in 4 parks, and while doing way more other things, I think it is fine. I could have done better if I had not been stuck at Rise. But I guess we will know more of that the next time I go to WDW. Now, you can read all of the other posts for this Orlando Holiday trip:
